Our Leaders

The Chagnon difference

Our Christmas parties are always a great way to bring people together, are very enjoyable and appreciated by our employees and us.

Every year, just before the official arrival of summer and vacation, we celebrate this time of year with a special dinner with all our employees.

Luc Fiset, a bodywork technician at Chagnon Honda, was named Employee of the Year. This employee has 36 years of experience at Chagnon Honda. He is a mentor to the next generation; his colleagues describe him as the soul of the bodywork department at Chagnon Honda. "I'm part of a great team that's evolving. I have 46 years of experience in my field," Mr. Fiset emphasized, moved.

Chagnon Honda employees organize several Team Building activities: whether it's a Dek hockey tournament, participating in the Santa Claus parade, an 80s Party or going to see a Montreal Canadiens game, employees participate in large numbers and these activities create memorable moments!

For the second time, we participated in the 2nd edition of the "My Summit for You" challenge to benefit mental health organizations.

It was during the 2007 edition that General Manager Annie Chagnon participated in the Shaved Head Challenge by having her head shaved and raising donations in support. The experience was a defining moment for her. She was impressed by the generosity of the crowd and felt happy to have made a concrete contribution to children with cancer and their families.

That's why, for the 19th edition of the Challenge, she agreed to become Honorary President of the event, along with Eric Lucas (former boxing champion), who was participating as an ambassador for the challenge. Several Chagnon Honda employees decided to take on the Shaved Head Challenge, which took place at the dealership. The team raised $25,715 for Leucan.

During the 21st edition, Leucan chose to present Ms. Chagnon and her company with a plaque of recognition as a corporate leader.
